The non-refundable fee is due at the time of assignment. Payment is accepted by J-Cash.

Small Group Tutoring — $30 per course, maximum of 5 students per group
Foreign Language Tutoring — $35 per course, one student per tutor

A maximum of four (4) hours per week, per course permitted.
Assignments are valid from issued date until final exam date per course.

Small Groups must arrange 2 — two-hour sessions per week
Foreign Language Studentso may arrange up to 4 one-hour sessions per week
Unused time can not be carried forward into another session or week

Student Responsibilities:

Contact your assigned tutor upon receipt of your assignment notice
Schedule your sessions — set regular meeting times weekly
New students entering an existing group may discuss schedule adjustments to accommodate all members. Students unable to agree to schedules must contact coordinator.
Contact tutor in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment
Rescheduling sessions — all group members must agree to schedule changes, rescheduled session must be held within that same week (Monday - Sunday)
Contact Tutoring Coordinator to report tutor "No Shows" immediately and with questions or concerns.
